Hannah grew up with dogs so always knew she would work with them and is passionate about their welfare. While at PDSA, the UK’s leading Vet Charity, she led a large nursing team to improve pet wellbeing by educating owners, preventing disease and carrying out life-saving operations.
Hannah loves to provide excellent customer service. While working for Direct Line as a Veterinary Nurse Technical Advisor Hannah Won a Directors Award for her people focus and was nominated for several Chief Executive Awards.
Hannah enjoys learning herself, as well as training and developing other people. This lead to her gaining an A1 Certificate in Assessing Candidates and being responsible for teaching and training many veterinary nurse students, veterinary surgeon students and other veterinary staff. Through Veterinary Practice Hannah has seen many sad cases where unfortunately people were not equipped with the first aid skills needed to save a dog’s life. She is now able to use her knowledge to empower people to be able to act appropriately when a dog needs first aid.
Hannah has been described as approachable, conscientious, open and honest and loves to walk dogs and ride on the Mendips. Hannah trained her own horse to British Eventing level. Hannah loves dogs because they are so affectionate, loyal and entertaining!
